“Media Square”
For the group exhibition at Urban Break, 2022.
Smartphones have numerous applications that can connect with the world without face-to-face contact. Many app services we can obtain certain information and communicate with are made up of a combination of square pixels.
The animation shows the various media activities as simplified graphics using square shapes and dynamic motions.
The title also contains the double meaning that some of the human activities take place in a real "Square."
